I’m Saba Banaei, a Business Strategist based in Dubai.
I help companies understand the real health of their business by identifying what is working, what is broken, and what is blocking growth. My work is built around a clear process: business score, strategy, and execution.
After moving to Dubai, I started noticing something important: many businesses have strong potential, but they are not growing at the level they could. Some have weak positioning. Some are losing leads because their website or social media does not build enough trust. Some have unclear offers, weak sales paths, inconsistent visibility, or systems that quietly waste time, money, and energy.
That is where my work begins.
